Back in November my photography friend, Shannon, flew me out to her home in Denver to do a wedding shoot with her. Of course I had to get there a day early, though, so we could play! We got ourselves and her four kids all dressed up and went downtown for a photo shoot. These are some of my favs.
Shannon tried to get some cute "maternity" shots of me, but I told her it was kinda pointless since I NEVER like the way I look pregnant. And it didn't help that I hadn't had my hair cut or highlighted in a looooooong time! The following are the only ones that I thought were tolerable.
Our friend, Miriam, who lived in Milwaukee with us and now lives in Denver also, met us downtown for a few hours. It was so nice of her since I'm sure it wasn't very convenient! It was GREAT to see her and I'm so glad she took the time to meet us.
The next day was the wedding. Following tradition, we had to take a picture of ourselves!
We also couldn't resist taking some more pictures of ourselves at this cool railroad. After the bride and groom left to go to the reception we hopped out of our car and ran to take a few shots. It was so fun cuz the train actually came by while we were there!
Thanks for the trip, Shannon! It was fun to make some more wedding memories together!!!!!
