Tea for Twenty

Ok, so I missed blogging last week, already ruining my goal for 2011. However, blogging ALMOST a week later is still pretty good for me, right?!?!?!?

So, back in August Claire turned eight. Our family rule is that eight is the last birthday that you get a big party. So, we decided to go all out. We had a huge tea party and invited over twenty girls. Claire wanted to do a tea party like I had done with my friends so we tried to recreate it with an eight-yr-old-girl twist. Here are tons, and I do mean tons, of pictures.

Claire's real birthday was on the first day of school, so we sang happy birthday and ate cake as family then too.

Cassidy Ann--last big party? What does that mean? Our 16th wouldn't have happened....looks like SO much fun! Love the cupcakes and the hanging balls (can't think of their name right now).

So fun! I love how half the girls have a little bit of chocolate on their lips or they are using their napkins. Super cute
