KK & Ya Ya

Our first visitor in March was Grant's sister, Kerstin and her daughter, Charlotte who live in Salt Lake. Charlotte (or "Ya Ya" as she calls herself) is exactly one month younger than Ava. We had a blast. We went to lots of parks and did lots of shopping. The kids played outside a lot, too, since Charlotte couldn't get enough of the sunny weather. We had a great time at this train park in Scottsdale and of course I had to take lots of pictures!

Cookie Monster was at the park for somebody's birthday party.  He was nice enough to come say hi to us.  Cole and Charlotte kept a safe distance, but Ava ran up hugged him and then gave him a high five.

She even danced with him.

Besides having a train to ride, they also have a real train that four Presidents rode that you can walk through.  Cole thought it was so cool.  He wanted me to take these pictures as well.  Nothing like a neon orange construction shirt and Batman glasses to make a picture look good.

We were SOOOO glad they came and visited us!  We had such a fun time and can't wait until they come and play again!
